Automation Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an Automation Architect with 8 to 10 years of professional experience to lead the design and implementation of robust automation frameworks. The role involves creating scalable solutions for web and API testing aligned with enterprise-level requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and architect scalable test automation frameworks catering to web applications and API testing needs.
• Utilize hands-on skills in Selenium with Java or Python and API automation leveraging REST Assured or similar tools.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Establish automation strategies including coding standards, reusable components, and best industry practices.
• Conduct comprehensive framework reviews, resolve complex automation challenges, and enhance overall test coverage.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to automation teams to drive quality solutions.
• Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8 to 10 years of experience in QA automation with a focus on architecting automation frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

Skills & Technologies

• Expertise in Automation Architecture design principles.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver using Java or Python.
• Experience in API automation using REST Assured or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to design and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using SQL for backend validation.
