Responsibilities

• Consistently follow the "Wow Operating Way" (WOW) procedures to maintain high standards.
• Perform repairs on vehicle body panels, including structural and non-structural components.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles accurately through all repair stages.
• Repair or replace interior/exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
• Handle removal and installation of welded or sectioned vehicle parts.
• Evaluate and repair the vehicle's structural elements effectively.
• Operate frame equipment safely and proficiently.
• Continuously apply new knowledge and techniques to maintain product quality and optimize productivity impacting key performance indicators such as sales, cost per repair, EBITA, BHPD, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Take accountability for results and proactively seek opportunities for skill enhancement and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent educational level.
• Formal post-secondary education in an Auto Body Repair program.
• Minimum of three years experience as an Auto Body Technician.
• Proficient welding skills including MIG and TIG techniques.
• Possession of own toolbox and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift load up to 50 pounds during job duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Red Seal certification or 310B trade designation is advantageous.
• Current I-Car registration with progress toward Gold Class certification.
