Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash vehicle exteriors manually or using washing equipment and brushes.
• Polish, dry, and clean vehicle components including windshields, windows, lights, floor mats, and external bodywork.
• Protect vehicle exteriors by buffing, polishing, and applying wax as necessary.
• Vacuum, shampoo, deodorize interiors, and perform basic stain removal as part of interior detailing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop by sweeping and emptying garbage daily.
• Keep the parking lot clean, organized, and orderly, including managing keys, floor mats, and repair order signs.
• Power wash the shop floor periodically to minimize visible dirt accumulation.
• Consistently implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan to uphold quality and productivity standards, contributing to operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction scores.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy throughout vehicle detailing tasks.
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to frequently bend, crouch, reach, and lift over 50 lbs as required.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
