Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle exterior cleaning by hand, brush, or washing equipment prior to moving cars into production.
• Polish, dry, and clean windshields, windows, lights, mats, and exterior surfaces to ensure a pristine finish.
• Protect and maintain vehicle exteriors through buffing, polishing, and wax application.
• Thoroughly vacuum and shampoo interiors, adding air fresheners and removing stains when necessary.
• Regularly clean the repair shop, including sweeping and emptying garbage containers daily.
• Keep the parking lot tidy and organized, including the daily arrangement of vehicles, keys, floor mats, and Repair Order signs.
• Power wash the shop floor as needed to reduce dirt buildup.
• Consistently implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan to meet quality and productivity standards, contributing positively to shop efficiency and customer satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent certification.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes pressured environment.
• Physically capable of bending, crouching, reaching, handling tools, and lifting over 50 lbs regularly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Hourly pay ranging from $17.60 to $22, based on skills, education, and experience.
