Role Overview
We are seeking an Audit Senior to join our central Audit team based in Dublin. This pivotal role involves leading diverse audit engagements, contributing to both client success and business expansion during an exciting period of growth at Xeinadin.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Identify and communicate critical matters to management during audits.
- Work collaboratively with Partners and team members to service a broad and varied client portfolio.
- Provide mentorship and oversight to junior audit staff to aid their development.
- Offer insightful recommendations to clients while enhancing general and specialist audit knowledge.
- Support trainees in their professional and technical advancement.
- Coordinate closely with the wider Xeinadin teams to ensure exceptional client support.
Candidate Requirements
- Recently qualified or part-qualified accountant, ACA preferred.
- Strong command of audit and accounting standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated capability to manage deadlines efficiently.
- Proactive attitude towards client service and contributing to business development.
