An esteemed partner-led firm specializing in audit, accounting, and tax services is expanding its audit department by hiring a qualified Practice Accountant / Audit Senior at their Cork City location. The firm's growth results from exceptional service standards and fresh managerial talent attracting new clients, maintaining a solid presence across County Cork and beyond. Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with key clients, including international companies operating in Ireland.
- Engage and learn continuously from managers and directors on a weekly schedule.
- Strengthen and cultivate enduring client relationships.
- Ensure audits meet the firm’s rigorous quality requirements.
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualification mandatory.
- Minimum of two years' prior practical experience within an Irish accountancy firm.
- Proficient in planning, managing, and documenting comprehensive audits and preparing accounts.
- Capable of effectively reviewing junior staff's work and providing constructive feedback.
