ATM Application Support Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned NCR ATM Operations Consultant to provide comprehensive support for ATM operations, manage incidents, assist in deployments, and oversee daily operational tasks within the ATM network in Qatar. This position demands a professional with over five years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial or Level 1 diagnostics of ATM issues, escalating and raising tickets with NCR ATM Software Support based on analytical findings.
• Assist with operations projects and resolve routine operational challenges encountered daily.
• Facilitate deployment of software patches, development releases, and production fixes aligned with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Gather and distribute logs, observations, and essential information required for incident handling and ongoing support cases.
• Fulfill assigned technical tasks adhering strictly to timelines.
• Contribute to the comprehensive management and smooth functioning of the ATM network.
• Liaise effectively with technical support teams and other stakeholders to ensure swift incident resolution and efficient operational processes.

Requirements and Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with NCR ATM operational processes and support mechanisms.
• Proficient in analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of ATM-related incidents.
• Knowledgeable about ATM software support workflows and ticket management systems.
• Experienced in backing up patch deployments, software releases, and production issue resolutions.
• Sound understanding of ATM network management and operational protocols.
• Excellent communication capabilities and strong coordination skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
