Role Overview
The Associate Tech Tools & Contracts will play a vital role in overseeing software tools, technology contracts, and vendor partnerships. This position entails close coordination with internal teams as well as managing tool subscriptions to ensure alignment with the company's operational and compliance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with procurement, management, and renewal of technology subscriptions and software tools, working alongside legal, procurement, and finance departments to maintain compliance.
- Handle review, drafting, and negotiation of agreements related to software licenses, service contracts, and vendor engagements.
- Monitor key contract milestones, keep a current database of technology licenses and tools, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Track vendor performance, support troubleshooting efforts, contribute to audit processes, and analyze software utilization data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in contract management, vendor relations, or similar domains.
- Good knowledge of technology solutions, software procurement processes, and IT contract frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with procurement, legal, and finance teams within corporate environments.
- Familiarity with software license types, SaaS models, and cloud-based services.
- Competence in using contract management software and maintaining databases.
- Strong capability to interpret contracts and technical documents accurately.
