Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing team in Singapore. This role involves supporting the creation and delivery of well-crafted client proposals focused on various investment products and asset categories. The position offers a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding of financial markets while collaborating closely with different teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating, developing, and delivering RFPs, DDQs, and client responses using authorized content.
• Work collaboratively with Investment Management, Distribution, Legal & Compliance, and other departments to collect and refine content.
• Oversee proposal timelines, identify risks, and ensure punctual submission.
• Maintain and regularly update proposal content in internal systems to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
• Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, quality, and compliance with branding standards.
• Monitor proposal activity and results to drive continual enhancements.
• Expand your knowledge on investment products, market dynamics, and macroeconomic trends.
• Contribute positively to an inclusive team environment focused on delivering excellent client outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience or strong enthusiasm for investment management or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly in both writing and speech.
• Meticulous attention to detail paired with outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective stakeholder management aptitude combined with a cooperative attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Level of education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Self-driven with a desire to advance professionally and interest in obtaining IMC or CFA certifications.
