Job description

Overview

GSK Saudi Arabia is actively supporting Vision 2030 and the Kingdom's national agenda, including Saudization efforts aligned with hiring practices and training programs to develop Saudi national talents. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to play a critical role in GSK's newly formed Hematology franchise. The Associate Product Manager will co-develop and implement operational plans for new hematology product launches while working cross-functionally to enhance customer experience, build advocacy, and achieve goals focused on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute brand operational plans efficiently and with high quality, including the deployment of marketing campaigns and educational initiatives compliant with GSK policies and Saudi regulations.
  • Engage extensively with healthcare professionals in the field—up to 50% of the time—to support the sales team and collect valuable market insights.
  • Forge partnerships with healthcare societies to build strong reputation and advocacy for GSK's hematology portfolio.
  • Ensure all promotional materials and activities adhere strictly to internal policies and external local regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate directly with sales teams to provide effective training on brand messaging and promotional content.
  • Innovate and implement creative strategies aimed at positively influencing healthcare professional behaviors and enhancing engagement.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • Licensed pharmacist with a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) certification.
  • At least three years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Documented history of achieving high performance standards.
  • Previous exposure to Oncology or Hematology therapeutic areas.

Preferred Competencies

  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Commercial awareness paired with analytical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledgeable about Oncology/Hematology key external experts.
  • Experience in marketing roles within pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is advantageous.
