Overview
As an Associate in Product Management at PATRIZIA, you will join the Product & Client Solutions team, working at the nexus of product strategy, fundraising, client engagement, and innovation. Your role will involve developing and positioning investment products focused on real estate and infrastructure, supporting capital raising efforts with institutional and private wealth investors worldwide.
This position is ideal for motivated professionals eager to accelerate their careers within Product Development, Investment Specialist roles, or broader capital raising functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing and positioning of PATRIZIA's investment solutions spanning real estate and infrastructure strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Developers and Investment Specialists to back fundraising efforts targeting institutional and private wealth investors globally.
- Prepare impactful client presentations, investment materials, and tailor-made investor proposals.
- Manage due diligence processes alongside investor information requests, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Contribute to the design and launch process of new investment products from initial concept through to market introduction.
- Support transformation of the Client Division's operating model through AI integration, process improvement, and digital innovation.
- Develop into a trusted expert and strategic collaborator for fundraising teams.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 4 to 7 years of relevant experience within the Financial Services sector, preferably in real estate or infrastructure investment management. Exceptional candidates with less experience but strong potential are welcome.
- Background may include client services, investor relations, or business development roles.
- Experienced with responding to information requests such as RFIs and DDQs, creating marketing collateral, understanding sales processes, and regulatory and operational frameworks, ideally using tools like Responsive and Seismic.
- Exhibit confident communication and leadership skills, with a capability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive mindset with a strong team performance orientation.
- Show ownership mentality and commercial insight, with flexibility to engage in varied tasks across teams.
- Highly self-driven with an interest in mentoring junior colleagues.
- Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
- Proficient administrative skills across Microsoft Office suite, notably expert-level PowerPoint, Excel, and Word capabilities.
- Keen adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency and results.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is advantageous, and knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
