Role Overview

We are growing our Product department by recruiting motivated Associate Product Managers across critical domains. Upon joining, you’ll be assigned a specialized domain such as banking, taxation, client data management, or wealth management, where you will lead impactful projects with full end-to-end product ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with software developers, designers, and domain experts to define, build, and deliver features in your focus area.
• Manage product backlogs by researching user needs, analyzing relevant data, and producing clear user stories and specifications.
• Coordinate across departments such as operations, legal, risk, compliance, and finance to translate business requirements into user-friendly digital products.
• Analyze performance metrics following product launches to drive continuous enhancement and optimize customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Initial practical experience from internships, working student roles, entry-level product management, consulting, operations, or startup environments—preferably in fintech, banking, or complex operational settings.
• Familiarity with agile product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma with practical skills in user story development and rapid prototyping.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities to effectively liaise between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, resilient, and solution-focused with a strong commitment to ownership and delivering results within fast-paced, ambiguous contexts.
• Passion for digital products, technology, and financial services, along with a strong desire for continuous learning and adaptability.
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.

Recruitment Process

• Submit your resume by 4 September.
• Initial 30-minute interview with a Hiring Manager to explore your background and fit.
• Complete a domain-specific online assessment demonstrating your product expertise.
• Attend an onsite assessment in Munich or Berlin during the week of 21 September, including final interviews and cultural experiences.
• Receive your offer with confirmed domain placement, joining the cohort starting 1 November 2026 or 1 December 2026 (with possible later start upon notice).
