Associate, Product Management

About the Role

Shared Game Services (SGS) delivers essential platform functionalities for all games published by Garena, including authentication, payment, and mobile SDK services. Our team consists of passionate product managers and engineers focused on building a highly scalable and robust platform that ensures a reliable and localized user experience globally.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to translate requirements into strategic product plans and detailed specifications;
• Lead the full lifecycle design and implementation of key payment features within Mshop and revenue-generating in-game functions;
• Facilitate alignment across multiple teams to manage dependencies, resolve challenges, and integrate feedback efficiently;
• Manage ongoing SGS product operations such as project support during publishing phases, monitoring alerts, troubleshooting, supporting major game events, and coordinating incident responses to maintain service stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline;
• Demonstrated experience leading product development through all stages from ideation to launch, showing tangible outcomes like revenue growth, improved conversion rates, or minimized payment obstacles;
• Strong fundamentals in product execution including product requirement documentation, clarifying needs, prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, and managing risks;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non-technical audiences, with capability to influence and build consensus even when facing uncertainty;
• Aptitude for working effectively in a high-velocity, operations-focused setting with hands-on involvement in problem resolution and incident management;
• Robust analytical problem-solving skills combined with logical thinking;
• A collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow within the team.
