About the Role
BigBasket, including its operations such as Instamart and Blinkit, is seeking associates for picker and packer positions at our locations in Ghatlodia and Thaltej, Ahmedabad. We require approximately 10 candidates to support our store operations.
Job Responsibilities
The primary duties consist of picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently as per the assigned orders. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure proficiency in these tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic monthly salary: ₹12,780 plus allowances.
- Night shift allowance: ₹1,000.
- Incentive for attendance: ₹1,500.
- Apprentice salary package: ₹13,272 plus ₹1,500 provided by government schemes.
Work Hours
Shifts will be scheduled according to the Store Manager's discretion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age between 18 to 35 years.
- Education level: Secondary school (10th), higher secondary (12th), or graduate level.
- Open to all genders.
- Essential documents to provide: Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook, and a passport-sized photograph.
