About the Role
DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned Associate Manager to serve as a Technical Lead Developer specializing in ServiceNow. This position involves leading the end-to-end delivery of tailored insurance workflow solutions on the ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform. The role includes overseeing development, managing code deployments, enabling automation via Flow Designer and Playbooks, as well as mentoring junior team members. The position supports the creation of custom insurance applications covering claims processing, billing integrations, policy servicing, AI-driven document processing, and compliance automation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with client needs and best platform practices.
- Conduct code reviews and refactor existing modules/applications to enhance quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Manage full lifecycle code and configuration migration from development through production environments.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and release cycles, ensuring stability and high performance.
- Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business analysts to shape requirements and execute solutions using native ServiceNow tools.
- Lead automation efforts utilizing Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Enforce adherence to coding conventions, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior developers fostering a culture focused on technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Support ongoing improvements in development, testing, and deployment workflows.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 12 years industry experience, with 8-10 years specifically focused on ServiceNow design, development, and implementation.
- Graduation in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field (B.Sc, B.Tech, B.E., B.C.A.).
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory.
- Proficient with ServiceNow architecture, JavaScript/Glide scripting, and platform system design.
- Experience managing ServiceNow application migrations from development to production, including version control and release support.
- Ability to analyze, refactor, and modernize legacy ServiceNow code bases.
Preferred Additional Certifications and Knowledge Areas
- Customer Service Management (CSM) micro-certification (required).
- Expertise or micro-certifications in Playbooks, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Assist/AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework.

- Estimated Salary Range: Up to 2,700,000 INR annually, including variable components and other benefits depending on experience and interview outcomes.
