Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Associate based in Singapore who will collaborate closely with clients to design and implement motivational strategies that drive organizational change. This role involves data analysis, consulting with executives, and business expansion within Southeast Asia by nurturing client relationships and exploring market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze employee survey data to identify organizational strengths and cultural challenges and generate actionable insights.
- Partner with C-suite executives and HR leaders to develop and tailor transformation and change management strategies.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying potential corporate clients and addressing complex organizational challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Business to native proficiency in Korean is mandatory.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) or Chinese is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience; however, passionate candidates without direct industry exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, writing, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and foster strong client partnerships.
- Knowledge of behavioral economics, psychology, or organizational behavior is a bonus.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel for client projects as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
