Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate to join our Singapore office from January 2025. This full-time, on-site position involves collaborating with Southeast Asian clients, especially subsidiaries of Japanese companies, to help transform organizations through motivational strategies. The Associate will contribute to business growth by fostering client relationships and identifying opportunities in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret employee survey results to uncover organizational strengths and cultural challenges, providing clients with insightful, data-backed recommendations.
- Partner with C-level executives and HR leaders to design and implement customized change management and transformation strategies addressing their unique business needs.
- Drive business development by identifying companies with complex organizational challenges and facilitating engagement to expand the client portfolio.

- Flexible and adaptable to evolving roles as the company expands internationally.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in at least two of the following languages: Japanese, English, or Chinese; knowledge of other Southeast Asian languages is advantageous.
- Holds a bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience; applicants with a strong interest in organizational transformation but no direct experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Effective collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with behavioral economics, psychology, or organizational behavior is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Singapore and travel for client engagements when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
