Deutsche Bank's Listed Derivatives Execution Solutions (LDES) team facilitates all facets of the listed derivatives execution infrastructure for both internal and external clients worldwide. This hybrid team blends expertise in electronic trading techniques—including High Touch, Low Touch, Algorithmic Trading, Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA), Direct Market Access (DMA), co-location, and Sponsored Market Access—with traditional voice execution, emphasizing post-trade clearing for Listed Derivatives and Markets Clearing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Client and Revenue Growth: Drive global revenue expansion and cost efficiencies; monitor and adapt strategies to meet targets.
• Relationship Building and Business Pitching: Maintain and grow key client relationships, collaborating with Product and Sales teams to meet client needs and broaden product penetration.
• Strategic Partnership: Leverage client feedback to propose feasible enhancements to execution products internally.
• Client Onboarding: Lead onboarding processes ensuring superior customer service and technological support.
• Electronic Trading Platform Management: Oversee client orders during system outages, reconcile positions with clients and exchanges, and cancel orders to mitigate errors and risks as needed.
• Algorithm Support: Understand and support algorithmic trading functionalities and usage; recommend optimal algorithm deployment to clients.
• Platform and Vendor Oversight: Manage the electronic trading ecosystem across internal and external vendors, maintain relationship channels with FIX and ASP vendors, and coordinate with technology, operations, and compliance teams.
• Risk and Regulatory Compliance: Manage risk exposure for both the bank and clients, maintain documentation and approvals for controlled client access, and keep up-to-date with relevant exchange and regulatory rules ensuring full compliance.
• Client and Platform Safety: Administer client due diligence questionnaires, product approvals, risk assessments, and related initiatives.
• Voice Execution: Execute trades on behalf of clients across multiple trading venues and regions following licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 6 years of experience working in electronic trading, algorithmic solutions, voice execution, or sales within Listed Derivatives markets (Futures and Options).
• Experience in monitoring, operating, or developing electronic or algorithmic trading platforms.
• Familiarity with execution platforms such as Bloomberg and industry-leading trading systems, including knowledge of block/NLT procedures on exchanges like SGX, HKFE, JPX, EUREX, ICE, and CME.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams globally.
• Established professional network or client base in Asia Pacific markets.
• Business proficiency in English and either Mandarin or Japanese to support clients in Greater China and Japan under a follow-the-sun coverage model.
• Full licensure to execute Futures trades on SGX and other international exchanges; unlicensed candidates must obtain required licenses within eight weeks of hire.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven skills using artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, and address business challenges responsibly while applying ethical judgment.
