Role Overview

The Engineering Apprentice will collaborate closely with seasoned technology professionals to gain hands-on experience in software engineering, IT applications, systems, and various technology platforms. This position presents a significant chance for fresh engineering graduates to enhance their technical, analytical, and professional capabilities by contributing to essential technology projects within a vibrant and cooperative environment. Successful apprentices will display strong technical aptitude, adaptability to emerging technologies, and a proactive learning approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing, maintaining, and monitoring technology applications ensuring their stability and optimal performance.
• Provide technical support by diagnosing and troubleshooting application-related concerns.
• Maintain thorough documentation related to application configurations, processes, and system modifications.
• Contribute to user training through creating guides, training content, and conducting knowledge sharing sessions.
• Engage in technology projects involving application enhancements, upgrades, automation, and fresh implementations.
• Support quality assurance measures to verify applications meet functional and quality benchmarks.
• Identify and propose improvements relating to application efficiency, performance, and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, information security standards, and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful technology delivery and operations.

Eligibility and Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech degree holder from Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Electronics & Communication or related engineering disciplines from accredited institutions (2025/2026 graduates).
• Minimum academic achievement of 70% aggregate or a CGPA of 7.0 and above.
• Applicants must be Indian citizens with an Indian university degree.
• No prior work experience allowed; candidates should not hold a PF account.
• Applicants should never have previously participated as an apprentice with any organization.
• Possession of all academic documents, including mark sheets and degree completion or provisional certificates, is mandatory.
