Role Overview
The Associate Director – Compensation Partner Lead will spearhead compensation initiatives, create and implement reward strategies, and influence business choices with data-driven analytics. This key role involves collaboration with HR Business Partners, Compensation Leadership, and Global Total Rewards teams, offering autonomy to lead strategic compensation programs, innovate service delivery, and align efforts with the organization's compensation philosophy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside HR Business Partners to design cost-effective, competitive, and compliant compensation frameworks.
- Develop and deliver compensation solutions addressing vital business needs and statutory compliance while supporting organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Compensation Leadership to establish and refine compensation strategies per business unit.
- Lead operational improvements through initiatives that include reusable templates, automated reporting, and enhanced service delivery innovation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate success metrics, track progress, and provide actionable insight and recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent presentation skills.
- Effective communication of complex compensation concepts and strategies.
- Experience managing intricate projects and cultivating stakeholder relationships.
- Educational qualifications in Human Resources.
- Proven partnership experience with business leaders and HR teams on compensation initiatives.
- Strong ownership, dedication to meaningful outcomes, and passion for work benefiting customers and communities.
