Job description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced DocuSign Developer to join our team and lead the planning, development, and integration of DocuSign eSignature and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. This role requires expertise with DocuSign APIs, template management, workflow creation, and system interoperability. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of automating digital agreement processes and enhancing integration with various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Create and manage document templates, envelopes, PowerForms, and design custom workflows.
- Integrate DocuSign with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP, and others through REST APIs and SDKs.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure implementations comply with security and data privacy regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to DocuSign functionality and integrations.
- Provide comprehensive documentation, training, and ongoing support for users and internal teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years practical experience with DocuSign eSignature or CLM platforms.
- Strong proficiency with DocuSign APIs including REST and SOAP, and SDKs such as Java, .NET, and Node.js.
- Experience with authentication protocols like OAuth and JWT.
- In-depth knowledge of document lifecycle management and digital signature workflows.
- Hands-on experience integrating DocuSign with platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft 365 or bespoke applications.
- Comfortable working with JSON, XML, and scripting languages including JavaScript and Python.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities paired with strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of DocuSign Developer Certification(s).
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum team environments.
- Exposure to other electronic signature platforms is advantageous but not essential.

- Work Location: Chennai, India (PAN India openings available).
- Experience: 4 to 9 years in relevant roles.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days.
- Additional skills in Salesforce are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Open to candidates holding any graduate degree.
