Job Responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries and delivering technical assistance via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to software, hardware, or network problems effectively.
• Identifying root causes of problems and implementing appropriate solutions promptly.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Escalating complex cases to senior technicians or management when necessary.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support.
• Possessing thorough knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware components.
• Communicating complex technical details clearly and understandably to customers, both orally and in writing.
• Collaborating effectively with other support team members and internal departments to enhance service.
• Continuously updating skill sets to stay current with emerging technologies and evolving customer requirements.

Additional Details

• Monthly in-hand salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000.
• Travel allowance of ₹1,400 is provided.
• The work schedule includes five working days weekly with rotational shifts.
