Associate - CTP

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Associate to join our flourishing Statutory Insurance NSW – CTP practice. This position is based in either our Sydney or Newcastle offices and focuses on defending personal injury claims within the CTP arena. The role offers a genuine opportunity for growth and advancement in a supportive and engaging environment.

Team and Practice

The Statutory Insurance NSW – CTP team serves as a defendant insurance legal group, consisting of approximately 60 professionals spread across Sydney and Newcastle offices.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate should ideally bring at least two years of post-admission legal experience, particularly in the defence of personal injury claims pertaining to CTP. Experience on the defendant side is highly advantageous. Strong legal writing skills characterized by clarity and attention to detail are essential, alongside a solid dedication to client service. Additionally, the role requires initiative and excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.
