About the Role

Join Kiwibank as a Corporate Associate and engage in a dynamic work environment that values your contribution and supports career growth. This position involves collaborating closely with experienced banking staff to assist corporate clients, sharpening your skills in commercial, credit, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities

  • Support multiple corporate portfolios by working alongside Client Directors and Associate Client Directors to manage customer requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and assist with credit and portfolio management activities.
  • Build robust internal partnerships across Kiwibank to ensure excellent customer outcomes and smooth workflow.
  • Manage deadlines efficiently while handling various tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Candidate Profile

  • Ability to establish trust and sustain positive relationships through effective management and communication with customers.
  • Competent in preparing financial analyses, assessing cashflows, and conducting industry research to inform business decisions.
  • Exceptionally organised with strong time management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an eagerness for process enhancements.
  • Experience collaborating across different teams to coordinate approvals, documentation, settlements, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Skilled in evaluating risks and proposing practical, mutually beneficial solutions for clients and the business.
  • Clear and professional communication abilities, capable of explaining complex information effectively.
