About Axibator
Axibator functions both as an incubator and a growth accelerator, dedicated to supporting early-stage startups particularly within AI, SaaS, and developer-focused sectors. The incubator currently engages with over 40 startups and aims to expand to more than 100 annually, fostering a network of over 95 global collaborators including notable names like Cloudflare, Notion, ElevenLabs, JetBrains, HubSpot, Apollo, and Databricks.
Position Overview
The role of Associate COO is unique and integral to the founding team, involving active collaboration with company founders, program coordinators, and operational execution management, far beyond a typical operations position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational execution for various startup cohorts and founder-centric initiatives.
- Liaise effectively with founders, mentors, and partner organizations to facilitate smooth program functioning.
- Monitor startup development and ensure all targets and deliverables are achieved.
- Provide operational support for community engagement, sessions, and ecosystem activities.
- Bridge the gap between strategic planning and practical implementation within the startup environment.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants should possess between zero and two years of relevant experience.
- Open to final-year students or recent graduates from the years 2024 to 2026.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for startup environments and building new ventures.
- Preferred but not mandatory: involvement in startups, entrepreneurship cells (E-Cell), or participation in relevant projects and hackathons.
Compensation Details
- The initial period of three months is unpaid, focusing on learning and ownership development.
- Subsequent compensation may include salary, equity options, and a permanent role on the core team based on demonstrated performance.
