About the Role
The Client Service team at Guidepoint plays a critical role by connecting clients with subject-matter experts to guide informed business decisions. As an Associate, you will engage closely with clients to comprehend their specific research needs and pair them swiftly with the most relevant experts from a substantial network exceeding 1,250,000 advisors.
This hybrid position is based in Manchester and demands the right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Function in a sales capacity by sourcing and recruiting suitable experts for client consultations.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to strategize approaches for fulfilling client project demands.
- Leverage multiple sources such as LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and other online platforms to identify and invite the most qualified experts to join the network.
- Screen potential experts to ascertain their relevance to specific client projects, and craft detailed professional profiles for client review.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree is required, along with prior experience through internships, volunteering, or extracurricular activities.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and French is essential.
- A strong interest in a fast-paced, target-driven sales or lead generation role.
- Excellent organizational skills and adept time management.
- Outgoing personality with confidence engaging professionals at all levels.
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
