About the Role

The Boskalis yard located in Ras Al Khaimah is integral to supporting both regional and international operations. This facility functions as a central hub for storing, maintaining, repairing, and mobilizing equipment and materials deployed across various projects. It facilitates smooth planning, preparation, and execution of operational tasks while guaranteeing equipment availability and promoting safe and efficient logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating daily activities in the yard, ensuring operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Help plan and manage lifting tasks, crane operations, equipment movements, and logistics within the yard.
• Provide support for workshop coordination including equipment repair and maintenance tasks to maintain operational readiness.
• Advocate and maintain a strong safety culture ensuring all activities comply with company policies and operational standards.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, operators, and workshop personnel to enable seamless execution of tasks.

Requirements

• Demonstrated safety awareness and experience specifically related to lifting operations; workshop experience is advantageous.
• Familiar with logistics processes, crane handling, activity planning, and equipment operational procedures.
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience using MS Office applications; knowledge of finance, maintenance, or operational management systems is a plus.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player attitude.
• Preferably hold a valid UAE light vehicle driving license.

• Position is full-time based at the Ras Al Khaimah yard office.
• You will be part of the operations team located on-site in Ras Al Khaimah.
