Position Overview
Circle K’s location at N7 Naas Rd, Boherphilip, Kill, Co. Kildare is inviting applications for the full-time role of Assistant Store Manager. This position involves a 40-hour workweek spread across 5 days, requiring a flexible schedule throughout the week to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall daily operations of the Circle K store ensuring a smooth and efficient customer and team experience.
- Lead, coach, and train store employees to foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Provide exceptional customer service by championing world-class standards within the store.
- Handle merchandising and ensure proper display of products.
- Prepare food items and specialty K coffee offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store environment.
- Support the generation of sales leads for the fuel card team to boost business growth.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years’ experience managing retail operations with a demonstrated history of achieving consistent results.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate a team and drive superior customer service.
- Ownership mindset focused on exceeding goals with a proactive approach.
- IT proficiency to utilize store systems effectively.
- Eager to develop professionally and assume additional responsibilities.
