About the Role and Location
This position is for an Assistant Manager at Store 6002074 located at 13239 Route 104, Aulds Cove, Nova Scotia B0H 1P0. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in running daily operations efficiently and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing overall store activities and operations.
- Participate in recruiting and supervising store staff to complete daily responsibilities.
- Manage administrative tasks such as paperwork and accurate bank deposits.
- Help maintain inventory and merchandising standards.
- Ensure fast, friendly, and effective service to customers at all times.
Qualifications and Skills Desired
- Strong customer service capabilities and ability to empathize with customers.
- Effective planning, organizing, and communication skills to clearly convey plans and ideas.
- Proficiency in cash handling and bookkeeping procedures.
- Problem-solving aptitude along with advocacy for safety and security.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
