Role Overview

The Assistant Store Manager collaborates closely with the Store Manager to ensure team members meet individual and collective sales goals and maintain high standards. This role fosters exceptional customer experiences, trains and develops staff in product knowledge and sales skills, recruits new team members, and enforces company policies and procedures. Additional operational and strategic responsibilities are also part of this leadership role.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year retail experience, ideally in jewellery or specialty retail environments
• Familiarity operating POS terminals and scanners, along with basic computer software and hardware use
• Ability to understand and follow instructions presented in various formats including written, verbal, and diagrams
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly base wage between $20.00 and $23.50 plus sales commission, determined by experience and qualifications
