Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in retail or customer service settings.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with prior exposure to sales-driven environments.
- Completion of high school or equivalent (GED).
- Legal documentation to confirm identity and lawful employment eligibility within Canada.
- Availability to work full-time hours often exceeding 40 hours weekly, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this role ranges from 53,500 to 69,000 CAD, adjusted for location, experience, skill level, and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive bonuses and stock grants as additional recognition.
