Position Overview

Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you'll lead a department team and ensure smooth daily operations in our Siegen store. Your leadership will be key in staff scheduling, merchandise management, and maintaining sales excellence by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead department employees and independently organize daily workflows including creating staff schedules and managing merchandise.
• Actively engage in sales activities, serving as an inspiring role model during daily business operations.
• Ensure adherence to agreements, delegated tasks, and priorities while keeping an overview of all activities.
• Take charge of implementing and maintaining Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring customers always have a clear product overview.
• Support team member development by providing feedback and fostering growth, in close coordination with the Store Manager, serving as the interface between management and staff.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably in fashion retail.
• Several years of experience in textile retail.
• Prior leadership experience as a team leader, deputy team leader, or department/floor manager.
• Strong organizational talent coupled with a high commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Confident demeanor, excellent communication, motivational skills, and ability to inspire others with new ideas.
