Role Overview

We are searching for an Assistant Store Manager to support our new location at Olympia-Einkaufszentrum in Munich. This role is pivotal in driving sales and delivering excellent customer service. You will assist in team training, feedback sessions, shift planning, and commercial analysis alongside the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations for an outstanding shopping experience.
• Handle administrative duties, inventory management, and coordinate staff scheduling.
• Implement visual merchandising standards at the highest level.
• Take charge of store operations during the Store Manager's absence.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager or senior sales associate in retail.
• Strong sales skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to analyze commercial KPIs and translate them into actionable, results-driven strategies.
• Commitment to continuous improvement in sales processes and visual merchandising.
• Fluent German and good command of English.
