Role Overview
Do you have a passion for jewelry and enjoy working with people? Join our Pandora Store team located in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany, where you'll be at the heart of dazzling experiences and be part of creating memorable customer moments.
Working Hours
The role involves working Monday through Saturday, covering between 35 and 40 hours each week on a permanent contract basis.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in expressing their personal style and beauty through our jewelry collections
- Create emotional and enthusiastic customer experiences through sales and consultation
- Ensure customers feel welcomed and valued to encourage repeat visits
- Engage in sales, client consultations, and back-end planning activities
Candidate Profile
- Strong service-oriented mindset with proactive attitude
- High levels of creativity, initiative, and dedication
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Previous experience in a similar role and retail environment
- Familiarity with visual merchandising is considered an advantage
- Experience working with business key performance indicators is beneficial
- Proficient in English language skills
