The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) role at our White Oaks Mall location involves immersing in the Pandora brand, culture, and products, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting the Store Manager, and contributing to store success by actively engaging on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Immerse in the brand culture and serve as a passionate ambassador representing Pandora’s values.
• Surpass individual and store sales targets by building genuine relationships with customers.
• Exceed commercial goals and KPIs, setting new benchmarks for success.
• Create memorable shopping experiences through expert product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
• Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve their KPIs by providing continuous feedback and guidance.
• Build lasting customer relationships beyond individual transactions to develop loyal fans.
• Recruit top talent for seasonal and permanent roles including Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, consistent store performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a results-driven sales leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine, caring approach in both verbal and written interactions.
• Strong business insight and analytical ability to deliver positive outcomes.
• Effective time management skills with the capability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Familiarity with general computer applications, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail POS systems.
• Be at least 18 years old with valid proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours that include evenings, weekends, and holidays; this role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift over 50 pounds.
