Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic business leader to join the leadership team at our Blacktown store. The Assistant Store Manager will be instrumental in driving brand vision, fostering a high-achieving culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining a world-class team and an engaging, vibrant store atmosphere.
- Managing a multi-million dollar store with responsibility for achieving financial sales targets and performance metrics.
- Executing and upholding the brand's vision and strategic objectives.
- Putting customers at the forefront of all business decisions and consistently providing memorable experiences.
- Creating a people-focused culture by empowering and developing team members.
- Providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to drive team performance.
- Leading recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new staff.
- Facilitating a seamless omni-channel experience through efficient preparation of online orders within the store.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards to present the store as best in class.
- Ensuring the store is a fun yet safe environment for customers and staff alike.

- A collaborative team player committed to excellence in sales, operations, and loss prevention.
- A demonstrated passion for delivering superior, memorable retail experiences.
- An effective coach with the ability to motivate and develop a sizable team of brand ambassadors.
- Proven retail store management experience in a fast-paced setting.
- A self-motivated, driven attitude focused on achieving goals.
- Strategic thinker adept at identifying opportunities for growth and meeting sales and KPI objectives.
- Experience managing staff schedules and maintaining wage control.
