About the Role

Mountain Warehouse is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager for its Dublin O'Connell Street location to help lead the store's success. This role involves partnering with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, cultivate a positive team environment, and enhance customer experiences in alignment with the Mountain Warehouse brand standards.

• Prioritize health and safety via routine risk assessments, ensuring a secure atmosphere.
• Assist in recruiting and retaining quality personnel to build a strong team.
• Support achieving sales targets by applying effective strategies and monitoring KPIs.
• Manage inventory by overseeing stock levels, replenishment, and delivery accuracy.
• Implement loss prevention measures to protect store profitability.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and addressing feedback promptly.
