Having established a presence in European markets like the UK, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, we continue our expansion efforts aiming to broaden the appeal of designer toy culture and enhance our retail footprint.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations including sales, visual merchandising, product displays, and inventory management.
- Effectively navigate a busy store environment characterized by high visitor traffic, exceptional sales per square meter, and rapid inventory turnover.
- Support inventory control and coordinate smart reordering procedures.
- Create exceptional in-store customer experiences, prioritizing "experience per square meter" as a critical success metric.
- Execute promotions, product launches, special events, and CRM campaigns professionally.
- Analyze key performance indicators such as footfall, average transaction value, and conversion rates to collaboratively adjust strategies with the Store Manager.
- Fully assume Store Manager duties in their absence, demonstrating leadership and responsibility.
- Embrace the Assistant Store Manager position as one of both title and substantial accountability.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven experience in team management, preferably within international and dynamic retail settings.
- Strong administrative skills including staff scheduling.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in German and English.
Preferred but Not Required
- Background in the toy industry or retail sectors related to pop culture.
- Familiarity with the European retail market.
- Interest or knowledge of designer toys, art toys, or collectibles.
