Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate for our Sydney Airport location to join our expanding retail team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $61,000 per year plus superannuation and monthly incentives. The position involves working in a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our growing brand presence in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Engage enthusiastically with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Develop genuine connections with fans, collectors, and customers.
• Introduce and share information about our product ranges and new releases.
• Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling related items.
• Maintain stock levels and presentation by replenishing inventory and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock deliveries, counts, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Keep the store environment organized, clean, and client-ready.
• Accurately process transactions using POS systems.
• Adhere to store policies including loss prevention and operational guidelines.
• Support store activities during product launches, peak periods, and special events.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team workplace.

Work Schedule & Availability

• This is a permanent full-time role averaging 38 hours weekly.
• Flexible availability across all seven days of the week is required.
• Shifts typically include weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
• Structured rosters aim to provide two consecutive days off per week to support work-life balance.
• Flexibility during peak seasons (November through January) and special events is essential.
