Role Overview
Joining Oroton's Commercial Bay boutique in Auckland, the Assistant Store Manager will closely support the Store Manager in driving the store's daily operations and enhancing customer interactions. The role demands dynamic leadership from the shop floor, fostering a motivated team and ensuring smooth and stylish store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and empower the retail team to embody the Oroton brand ethos.
- Create exceptional client experiences through personalized styling and attentive service.
- Boost sales through client acquisition, retention, and strategic cross-selling.
- Uphold high standards in store visual presentation compliant with Oroton’s brand guidelines.
- Assist in daily store management including rostering, stock control, and customer journey optimization.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and leadership to execute store initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated retail leadership success with a solid record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Highly skilled in clienteling with a meticulous approach to detail.
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is considered a significant advantage.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-demand retail environments.
- Possesses an innate sense for styling coupled with passion for luxury products.
- Proficiency in recruitment, coaching, and talent development within retail teams.
- Experience in executing promotional activities and visual merchandising campaigns.
- Exudes a positive, energetic leadership demeanor.
