Job Description and Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and take charge in their absence.
• Motivate, coach, and nurture the in-store team alongside the Store Manager.
• Drive excellent sales results while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Ensure the store delivers a superb customer experience supported by high store standards.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Develop expertise in store specializations such as piercing services and stock-taking across multiple locations.
• Participate in leadership initiatives including the Global Future Lovisa Leader program and the Regional Champion program.
