• Current experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, successfully fostering a collaborative team environment
• Strong leadership qualities focused on team care and relationship-building
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Demonstrated success in achieving and driving sales targets and KPIs

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Availability to work throughout the retail week
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Prior retail or hospitality store management experience
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume retail setting
• Solid skills in people management and performance evaluation
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proven record of meeting sales goals
• Outstanding communication skills
