About the Role
Pandora is seeking an organised, proactive, and results-oriented Assistant Store Manager to lead both retail operations and the store floor team at their Bristol location. This role focuses on driving commercial success and providing exceptional service through effective leadership and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales data, key performance indicators, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve store performance.
- Assist the Store Manager with planning and implementing business strategies to meet sales targets.
- Maintain and champion visual merchandising and product displays to align with brand standards and maximize commercial impact.
- Support recruitment, training, development, and motivation of a diverse and engaged team to maximize their potential.
- Deliver clear communication, constructive feedback, and facilitate regular development discussions with team members.
- Exemplify and promote Pandora's core values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver, acting as a role model and trusted leader.
- Provide expert product knowledge and brand storytelling on the shop floor, inspiring customers through personalised experiences following the company's selling ceremony.
- Resolve escalated customer issues professionally, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Manage daily operational duties including staff rotas, stock control, cash handling, security, health and safety compliance.
- Plan staffing in alignment with commercial demands and seasonality trends.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards in shopfloor presentation, stock management, and overall operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience within retail, ideally in consumer products or well-known brands.
- Track record of driving sales and improving store profitability.
- Passionate about cultivating a culture of excellent customer service and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the capacity to multitask and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude aligned with Pandora products and values.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive yearly salary ranging from £25,000 to £38,400 (full-time equivalent).
- Monthly bonus scheme offering 10% bonus for meeting sales targets and up to 20% for exceeding stretch targets.

Working Days and Hours
The role requires availability across all days of the week: Monday through Sunday. This is a permanent full-time position, working specified hours in line with the retail schedule.
