Store Incharge

Role Overview

The Store Incharge will be responsible for effectively managing and overseeing the inventory operations within the organization. This includes monitoring stock levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, coordinating receiving and dispatch activities, and ensuring accurate record maintenance. The role demands collaboration with various departments to support production needs and maintain smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee inventory levels encompassing raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Supervise receiving of incoming materials and accurate dispatching of goods to production areas.
• Maintain precise and current documentation of stock movements and inventory balances.
• Work closely with production, procurement, and other relevant departments to guarantee timely supply of materials.
• Organize and manage efficient storage and distribution processes within the store departments.
• Enforce and uphold quality control procedures, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Housekeeping standards (GHK).
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and security guidelines in store operations.
• Lead, train, and supervise store employees, including task delegation and performance management.
• Compile and deliver reports related to inventory status, stock levels, and store performance when required.

Additional Information

• Salary Range: INR 20,000 to 23,000 per month.
