About the Role
Pandora seeks a motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join their Bournemouth location. This full-time role involves supporting store operations, leading teams from the shop floor, and driving performance to exceed sales targets. The position offers a permanent contract with a highly competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £38,400 per year, alongside a monthly bonus scheme offering between 10% and 20%, plus excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and customer feedback to inform business decisions aimed at maximizing store performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and implement strategies that meet commercial goals.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards consistent with brand guidelines to enhance product appeal and sales impact.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team to realize their potential and deliver exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting ongoing professional development.
- Act as a role model embodying Pandora’s core values: Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver.
- Represent Pandora on the sales floor with deep product knowledge and enthusiasm to create meaningful customer experiences using the brand's signature selling approach.
- Manage customer service standards, addressing escalated issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle daily operational tasks including staff scheduling, stock management, cash handling, and adherence to security and compliance protocols.
- Adjust staffing in response to seasonal and commercial demands to optimize store operations.
- Ensure a high-quality shopping environment through effective floor standards and inventory control.

- Proven track record of enhancing sales and profitability in a retail setting.

- Previous experience with leading brands or premium consumer product retailers is preferred.
Working Conditions & Additional Details
The role requires availability across all days of the week: Monday to Sunday, aiming for 40 hours per week.
