About the Role
Join Pandora as an Assistant Store Manager in Munich and engage with stunning jewelry pieces while creating memorable customer experiences. You will be part of an energetic team focused on delivering outstanding service that highlights customers' individual style.
Work Schedule
Your workweek will cover 40 hours across all weekdays and weekends: Monday through Sunday. The position is full-time and permanent.

Assist customers in selecting jewelry that enhances their beauty and personal style, creating emotional and enthusiastic moments in-store. Ensure customers feel welcome and supported whether through sales, consultation, or behind-the-scenes planning to encourage repeat visits.
Candidate Profile
- Strong service orientation and proactive approach
- Creativity, initiative, and dedication
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships
- Previous experience in a similar role and retail environment
- Knowledge of visual merchandising is advantageous
- Familiarity with working based on key metrics is preferred
- Proficiency in English
