Job Overview

• Assist Food Servers in delivering an expertly served dining experience that meets Four Seasons' standards.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently and neatly according to specifications.
• Support the Food & Beverage team in providing exceptional service quality and professionalism.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware, refilling condiments, and keeping tables clean.
• Work flexibly including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Basic knowledge of food service is essential.
• Strong personal presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to uphold Four Seasons' service standards discreetly and effectively.
• Outgoing personality with a proactive attitude toward tasks.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is required.
