Job Overview
Become a vital part of our hotel team as an Assistant Security Manager, dedicated to ensuring the safety of our guests and facilities. Deliver exceptional hospitality by creating a secure and welcoming environment that leaves a lasting impression on every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular security inspections of both the interior and exterior hotel areas to spot and address any safety hazards, security threats, or unfavorable conditions.
- Lead coordination during emergencies such as fires, medical situations, and security incidents to protect guests and staff.
- Manage and mentor the security team by organizing training, scheduling shifts, supervising daily activities, and encouraging high levels of performance.
- Carry out initial investigations into security incidents, collecting essential information, documenting findings thoroughly, and ensuring comprehensive incident reports.
- Promote adherence to safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety and best practices among team members.
- Provide operational support by stepping in as a security officer when necessary to maintain security coverage.
