Head Waiter

Role Overview

As a Head Waiter at Hilton in Mecca, you will play a crucial role in providing guests with friendly, prompt, and efficient service to ensure an outstanding dining experience. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings, including compliance with licensing laws when serving alcoholic drinks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following applicable liquor regulations for both residents and non-residents.
• Maintain thorough understanding of menu items and all product details.
• Ensure all floor stations are well-stocked with necessary supplies (mis-en-place).
• Report any issues correctly according to established procedures.
• Guarantee food and beverage orders meet consistent quality standards and are delivered promptly.
• Adhere to Hilton’s grooming standards, including appropriate uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Follow hotel safety and security policies, including fire safety and health regulations.
