Job Overview
This position offers a full-time, permanent role within the banking industry. The incumbent will work on payroll of the bank and will be stationed on-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive leads provided directly by the branch.
- Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to drive sales opportunities.
- Inform clients about the bank's insurance product offerings and related services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while addressing inquiries with professionalism.
Candidate Profile
- Must have completed graduation from a recognized institution.
- Possess at least 1 year of professional experience within sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
